SAFETY IS OUR

We recognise that good health and safety management is an integral part of our business and is essential to our continued success.

We comply with all current health and safety legislation, including the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, and all relevant Approved Codes of Practice and guidance. We go beyond mere compliance, striving for best practice in everything we do.

// OUR APPROACH

HOW WE KEEP PEOPLE SAFE

Our safety management system covers every aspect of our operations, from planning through to completion.

Risk Assessments & Method Statements

Every job receives a site-specific risk assessment and method statement (RAMS) before work begins. These are reviewed with the client and updated as conditions change.

Personal Protective Equipment

All engineers are equipped with and required to wear appropriate PPE at all times. This includes hard hats, safety boots, eye protection, ear protection, high-vis clothing, and dust masks.

Ongoing Training

We invest in continuous professional development. All engineers receive regular refresher training, toolbox talks, and upskilling in new techniques and equipment.

Incident Reporting

We maintain a transparent incident and near-miss reporting system. All events are investigated, and lessons learned are shared across the team to prevent recurrence.

Equipment Maintenance

All equipment is regularly inspected, serviced, and maintained to manufacturer specifications. PAT testing, LOLER examinations, and thorough inspections are carried out on schedule.

Environmental Responsibility

We minimise our environmental impact through dust suppression systems, water recycling, proper waste management, and responsible disposal of materials.

// TRAINING

TRAINING &
DEVELOPMENT

We believe that well-trained engineers are safe engineers. That is why we invest significantly in the ongoing training and development of our entire team.
